Am I liable for damages to my employer’s car because of a rear-end car accident while I was using the car on my employer’s business?

Video Transcription:

If you were driving your employer’s car on their business and your rear-ended, you will not be personally liable for the damages to the car. The at-fault driver or the negligent party who struck you would be responsible for those damages. Your employer’s insurance company may pay for the damages initially but then they would be entitled to reimbursement from the negligent party’s insurance company. Additionally, you may be entitled to workers’ compensation benefits if you are injured doing your job and in the course of your employment while driving your employer’s vehicle.
